Coordination of benefits gets stale. We re-verify silently at every meaningful event in the patient journey, so the front office only sees the cases that actually need their attention.

The architecture is platform-agnostic and HIPAA-friendly. The agents deploy into your AWS, Azure, or GCP — PHI never leaves your environment. Every action is logged at the claim level for audit. We don't take possession of your data.

We're built for labs on XIFIN, but the same patterns work on Telcor, OmniLab, and most billing platforms with API access plus a payer-portal automation layer underneath.
